How To Make Steak with Spiced Rice & Beans

Ingredients
- 4 steaks
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat grill or skillet over high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the steaks.

Cook the steaks on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing.

In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, diced onions, and diced bell peppers. Cook until the onions are translucent and the peppers are tender.

Add cooked rice, black beans, and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir well to combine and let it heat through.
