- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
-
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

In the same skillet, add sesame oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion, and cook until they begin to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
-
Return the cooked steak to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
-
Serve the pepper steak over a bed of cooked rice. Enjoy!
