How To Make Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- Optional: green onions for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add bell pepper and onion slices and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables.

Stir well to coat everything evenly in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Remove from heat and garnish with green onions if desired.

Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
