How To Make Chicken Stir Fry
Chicken Stir Fry is a delicious and healthy dish made with lean protein, fresh vegetables, and flavorful sauce. This colorful and aromatic meal is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner that the whole family will love.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Add chicken strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add bell pepper, onion, broccoli florets, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add the chicken back to the pan, pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
