How To Make Green Bell Pepper and Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe
A delicious stir-fry made with crunchy bell peppers and tender chicken.

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add chicken and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
- Add bell peppers and onion to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Add garlic and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
- Return chicken to the pan and add the soy sauce mixture.
- Continue to stir-fry until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
- Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
