Instructions

  2. Place the salt beef in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.

  3. Add the cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and turnips to the pot. Simmer for another hour or until the vegetables are tender.

  4. Remove the salt beef and slice it thinly.

  5. Serve the sliced salt beef with the boiled vegetables.
