How To Make Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken Recipe

- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat broiler on high.

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Brush the garlic mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Place under the broiler for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
