  • 4 flat iron steaks (6-8 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.

  3. Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  4. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
