  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, sliced chili, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar.

  2. Add the thinly sliced cucumbers to the bowl and toss well to coat.

  3. Let the cucumber mixture marinate for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
