How To Make Marinated Lamb Steaks in Flat Bread

- 4 lamb steaks
- 4 flat breads
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a bowl, mix together garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the lamb steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure each steak is coated evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
