These smoked brats serve an easy dish that's perfect for lazy meals. The perfectly cooked brats are paired with buns and sauerkraut.

Ingredients

  • 6 bratwursts

For Serving:

  • 6 brat buns
  • sauerkraut
  • onions, chopped
  • condiments, of choice

Instructions

  1. Heat the smoker to 225 degrees F and add wood chips.

  2. Place brats inside the smoker and let cook until the interior of the brat reaches 160 degrees F. This should take 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours.

  3. Serve immediately with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
