How To Make Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs
Hot stews and pot roasts are just some of the deletcable meals you get out of a slow cooker. It takes a bit of patience but it’s worth every meat-melting bite. You’ll enjoy the cooking as well as the eating with these slow cooker recipes.

Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.

Pour the water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.

Place the ribs on the trivet, standing them up on their side, with the meaty side facing outwards.

Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to the sealing position.

Press the manual or pressure cook button and set the cooking time to 30 minutes on high pressure.

Once the cooking time is up, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.

Preheat the broiler in your oven.

Carefully remove the ribs from the Instant Pot and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with foil.

Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce on both sides.

Place the ribs under the broiler for 3-5 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized and slightly charred.

Serve the Instant Pot baby back ribs hot, with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
