  • 2 apples, cored and diced

  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
