  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

  3. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the marinara sauce over them.

  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours, or until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.

  5. Serve the meatballs with extra marinara sauce if desired.
