Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh tuna, sushi grade
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut the tuna into small, bite-sized pieces.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice.

  3. Add the tuna to the citrus juice mixture and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  4. Stir in the diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and minced jalapeno pepper.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve the tuna ceviche chilled with tortilla chips on the side.
