Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh salmon, skin removed, cubed
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeds removed, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large glass bowl, combine the salmon, lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Stir well to coat the salmon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or until the salmon is no longer opaque.

  2. Once the salmon is cured, drain off any excess citrus juice. Add the diced red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, tomatoes, and avocado. Gently toss to combine.

  3. Season the ceviche with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
