Ingredients

  • 500g fresh white fish fillets, cut into small cubes
  • 4 limes, juiced
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the fish cubes, lime juice, and lemon juice. Mix well to ensure all the fish is coated. Let it marinate in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

  2. Add the sliced red onion, minced jalapeno pepper, diced tomato, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro to the fish mixture. Mix gently to combine.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve the ceviche chilled with tortilla chips.
