How To Make The Best Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

- 12 large mushrooms
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cooked shrimp
- 1/4 cup finely chopped crabmeat
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, onion, red bell pepper, celery, shrimp, crabmeat, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Spoon the seafood mixture into the mushroom caps, pressing it down lightly.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
