  • 20large mushrooms
  • 7slicesbacon
  • 20mozzarella cheese,( approximately 5oz) cubes


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stem. Fill each mushroom with 1 cube of mozzarella.

  3. Cut each slice of bacon into thirds. Stretch and wrap ⅓ of a slice of the bacon around each mushroom. Secure with a toothpick.

  4. Place on a parchment-lined pan and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the bacon is crisped.

  5. Serve warm.
