- 20large mushrooms
- 7slicesbacon
- 20mozzarella cheese,( approximately 5oz) cubes
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Wash the mushrooms and remove the stem. Fill each mushroom with 1 cube of mozzarella.

Cut each slice of bacon into thirds. Stretch and wrap â…“ of a slice of the bacon around each mushroom. Secure with a toothpick.

Place on a parchment-lined pan and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the bacon is crisped.
