Ingredients

  • 24 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 cup of cooked crab meat
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Spoon the crab mixture into each mushroom cap.

  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs over each mushroom.
