Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, mix together tandoori spice mix, lemon juice, yogurt, vegetable oil, and salt.

  3. Rub the spice mixture onto the sea bream fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  4. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and slightly charred.

  5. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
