Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 satsumas, peeled and segmented
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the honey-soy mixture over each fillet.

  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

  5. In a large bowl, combine the satsuma segments, avocado slices, red onion, and cilantro. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Serve the sticky seeded salmon with the satsuma salad on the side.
