Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked couscous
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Brush the spice and honey mixture over the salmon fillets, covering them completely.

  4. Grill or bake the salmon for about 10-15 minutes, until cooked through and flaky.

  5. Meanwhile, fluff the cooked couscous with a fork and stir in the chopped cilantro.

  6. Serve the cooked salmon over a bed of couscous, garnishing with lemon slices.
