How To Make Goat’s Cheese & Watercress Quiche

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4 ounces goat’s cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup fresh watercress
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and press into a 9-inch pie dish.

Spread the crumbled goat’s cheese evenly over the pie crust.

Sprinkle the watercress over the goat’s cheese.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
