How To Make Salmon & Watercress Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup smoked salmon, chopped
- 1 cup watercress, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the smoked salmon and watercress evenly over the pie crust.

Pour the egg mixture over the salmon and watercress.

Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
