Ingredients

  • 200g poached salmon fillet
  • 200g smoked salmon slices
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 bagels, sliced and toasted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, flake the poached salmon using a fork.

  2. Chop the smoked salmon into small pieces.

  3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, fresh dill, and lemon juice.

  4. Add the flaked poached salmon and chopped smoked salmon to the mayonnaise mixture. Mix well.

  5. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.

  6. Spoon the salmon mixture into ramekins or small bowls.

  7. Place the ramekins in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.

  8. Serve the poached & smoked salmon pâté with toasted bagel slices.
