Ingredients

  • 4 seeded bagels, halved
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, red onion, celery, pickles, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

  3. Place the halved bagels on a baking sheet and toast them in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until lightly golden.

  4. Remove the bagels from the oven and divide the tuna mixture evenly among them.

  5. Top each bagel with a slice of cheddar cheese and return them to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and bubbly.

  6. Remove from the oven and garnish each bagel with sliced black olives, cherry tomatoes, and fresh parsley.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
