How To Make Seeded Bagel Tuna Melt

Ingredients
- 4 seeded bagels, halved
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, red onion, celery, pickles, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Place the halved bagels on a baking sheet and toast them in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until lightly golden.

Remove the bagels from the oven and divide the tuna mixture evenly among them.

Top each bagel with a slice of cheddar cheese and return them to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and garnish each bagel with sliced black olives, cherry tomatoes, and fresh parsley.
