How To Make Truffle Oil Pomme Purée
Creamy and indulgent mashed potatoes infused with truffle oil, perfect as a side dish for any meal.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp truffle oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter over low heat until the butter is melted.

Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or a fork until smooth. Gradually add the hot cream mixture and truffle oil while mashing, until desired consistency is reached.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
