Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: avocado, shredded cheese, tortilla chips
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the tuna, black beans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Serve chilled and top with optional toppings if desired.
