How To Make No-Fuss Ham & Crème Fraîche Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
  • 200g of cooked ham, diced
  • 200g crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it into a tart pan, trimming any excess.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the crème fraîche, Dijon mustard, chives, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread the crème fraîche mixture evenly over the puff pastry.

  5. Sprinkle the diced ham over the crème fraîche.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is bubbling.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  8. Garnish with extra chives, if desired.
