How To Make Trout & Radish Ceviche

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh trout fillets, skin removed
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions

Cut the trout fillets into small bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Pour over the trout and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Add the red onion, jalapeno, radishes, and cilantro to the trout mixture. Gently toss to combine.

Season with salt to taste.

Serve the ceviche chilled with tortilla chips on the side.
