Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb salmon fillets, skinless and boneless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

  4. Add the salmon to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, until it’s cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

  5. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.

  7. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Add the cooked pasta and cooked salmon back into the skillet. Stir gently to combine and coat everything in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

  9. Serve the creamy salmon pasta hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
