- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
-
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
-
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
-
Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
-
Add the cooked pasta and cooked salmon back into the skillet. Stir gently to combine and coat everything in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
-
Serve the creamy salmon pasta hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
