Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  5. Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.

  6. Serve the creamy salmon sauce over the cooked pasta. Garnish with extra chopped dill if desired.
