Ingredients
- 16 large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices crusty baguette, toasted
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine prawns, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the prawns onto skewers.

Grill the prawn skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Remove the prawns from the skewers and set aside.

Arrange the toasted baguette slices on a serving platter. Top each slice with a grilled prawn and cherry tomato mixture.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
