  • 1 lb white fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Mexican seasoning blend
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced avocado
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with the Mexican seasoning blend.

  3. Grill or bake the fish for about 8-10 minutes, until cooked through and flaky.

  4. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave.

  5. Place a cooked fish fillet in the center of each tortilla.

  6. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, and chopped cilantro.

  7. Drizzle with sour cream and salsa.

  8. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the filling.

  9. Fold the tortillas, burrito-style, by folding in the sides and rolling tightly.

  10. Serve the Mexican fish wraps immediately with extra salsa and lime wedges on the side.
