Ingredients

  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup of chili beans
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Place one tortilla wrap in the skillet and spread 1/4 cup of chili beans on top.

  3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheese over the beans.

  4. Add 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro, and a few slices of jalapenos.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Top with another tortilla wrap and press down slightly.

  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the wraps are golden brown.

  8. Repeat with the remaining wraps and ingredients.

  9. Serve the Melting Chilli Bean Wraps hot, topped with sour cream and extra cilantro.
