Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 lemons, zested and juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the lemon mixture evenly over each fillet.

  4. Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley before serving.
