How To Make Lemon & Rosemary Crusted Fish Fillets Recipe

- 4 fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or sole)
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for drizzling

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a shallow dish, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, rosemary, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

Dip each fish fillet into the mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crust evenly.

Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil.
