  3. Rub the fish fillets with the garlic and oil mixture.

  4. Place the fish fillets on a sheet of aluminum foil.

  5. Top each fillet with lemon slices and a sprig of rosemary.

  6. Fold the aluminum foil into a packet, sealing the edges tightly.

  7. Place the foil packet on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.

  8. Carefully open the foil packet and transfer the fish fillets to a serving platter.

  9. Serve with extra lemon wedges, if desired.
