How To Make Barbecued Fish with Lemon & Rosemary

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as salmon or trout)
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Rub the fish fillets with the garlic and oil mixture.

Place the fish fillets on a sheet of aluminum foil.

Top each fillet with lemon slices and a sprig of rosemary.

Fold the aluminum foil into a packet, sealing the edges tightly.

Place the foil packet on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.

Carefully open the foil packet and transfer the fish fillets to a serving platter.

Serve with extra lemon wedges, if desired.
