  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a shallow dish, mix together crushed nuts, breadcrumbs, flour, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Dip each fish fillet into the beaten eggs, then press it into the nut mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
