  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 lemons, zested and juiced
  • 2 tbsp black peppercorns, crushed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, crushed peppercorns, olive oil, and salt.

  4. Brush the lemon mixture over the tops of the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.

  5. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
