Ingredients

  • 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.

  3. Pour the honey-garlic sauce over the shrimp and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and coats the shrimp.

  4. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
