  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then add to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until opaque.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

  4. Pour balsamic mixture over shrimp and toss until coated.

  5. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the glaze has slightly thickened.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
