How To Make Honey Lime Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 large lettuce leaves
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and cooked through.
