How To Make Fish with Chilli, Mango & Lime Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as snapper or tilapia)
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions

Preheat grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.

Season fish fillets with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, combine mango, red bell pepper, red onion, red chilli, lime juice, and cilantro to make the salsa. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook fish fillets on the grill or barbecue for about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through and flaky.

Serve the fish topped with the mango and lime salsa.
