Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Brush the swordfish steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Grill the swordfish steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely charred. Set aside.

  4. In a bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, honey, and olive oil. Mix well to combine.

  5. Serve the seared swordfish steaks topped with the mango salsa.

  6. Enjoy!
