Ingredients

  • 4 fresh crabs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Clean the crabs by removing their shells and gills. Rinse them well under cold water.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add the cleaned crabs to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn bright orange.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Pour the sauce over the crabs and stir to coat evenly.

  5. Cover the skillet and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the crabs are fully cooked and the sauce has thickened slightly.

  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the crabs. Serve hot.
