Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh crab meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped celery or green onion for added crunch

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the dressing is smooth and creamy.

  2. Gently fold in the fresh crab meat and the optional celery or green onion, if desired. Be careful not to break up the crab meat too much.

  3. Refrigerate the dressing crab for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  4. Serve the dressing crab chilled as a dip with crackers or as a topping for salads or sandwiches.
