How To Make Fragrant Crab Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

In a large bowl, gently mix together the crab meat, breadcrumbs, green onions, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and crispy.
