  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently mix together the crab meat, breadcrumbs, green onions, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  4. Serve the fragrant crab cakes hot with a side of tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
