Ingredients

  • 1 pound of crab meat
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture onto each wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling, sealing the edges with a bit of water.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or pot over medium-high heat.

  4. Fry the crab parcels in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

  5. Serve the crunchy crab parcels hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
